Contractual & Shareholder Disputes

We handle a broad range of commercial disputes including breach of contract claims, shareholder disputes and unfair prejudice petitions under the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622), partnership disputes, tortious interference claims, and professional negligence actions. We advise on litigation strategy, represent clients through all stages of proceedings in the District Court and the High Court, and pursue or defend appeals where appropriate.

Alternative Dispute Resolution

Litigation is not always the most efficient route. We advise on and represent clients in mediation and, where appropriate, coordinate with arbitrators in arbitration proceedings. Hong Kong's courts actively encourage mediation, and we work with clients to evaluate whether ADR offers a faster, more cost-effective path to resolution without compromising their position.
